Since last time i posted top 10 songs of the day/week, there have been some changes. obviously number one is kesha’s “Tik Tok” (which in my opinion is getting very old) but the number two spot goes to the black eyed peas with “Imma Be”. And third place goes Lady Antebellum’s “Need You Now”. Here are the rest of the songs that Billboard put on their list:

I’m kind of surprised to see Lady Gaga down to the number 5 spot while kesha stays at number one. In my opinion, kesha is getting old because it gets played over and over and over again on the radio. I also think Train should be higher up on the charts because I like the song better then the ones above it.

Lady GaGa and her crazy outfits

So we all know lady GaGa…..her music is awesome and great to dance to. But what everyone is talking about is how crazy she dresses. At the MTV VMAS’s she was wearing this weird space suit looking thing. Also accepting her MTV award she was wearing red, lacy dress with a crown and her face was compeltely covered by the lace.  And while she was being interviewed on german tv she was wearing a suit entirely made out of stuffed kermit the frogs! In sydney australia she wore a suit made out of plastic bubbles! Her music has inspired thousands of people, and also has made Billboards top ten charts. Her song “bad romance” is number 2 on the charts following kesha’s ” Tik tok”. She is loved for being unique and not caring about what other people think of her. She was also on Barbra Walter’s “10 most interesting people of the year” coming in second, yet again, right behind the first lady Michelle Obama. Although she has done and worn some odd things, she is still an amazing artist.

ke$ha’s album “Animal”

    • “Tik Tok” has been playing on the radio for quite awhile and has been on the top 10 pop songs since it came out. Now that people are getting to know her songs better, she is becoming more and more popular. another thing that catches peoples eye are the titles of the songs. For example,” party at a rich dudes house”. the first time i heard that it made me laugh and i wanted to listen to it just because of the song title.

    Some people are getting tired of “tik tok” because it it played all the time. Personally, I think it is over played but i still love to hear it. My favortie song on the album is DINOSAUR! its one of those songs that gets stuck in your head all day and you can never get it out. The lyrics are “catchy” and its fun to listen to.

    Keshas songs are great to play at parties because it gives people a chance to dance or act crazy because the beat gets people “pumped up” and they are great to belt out at the top of your lungs.

    Listening to keasha’s songs and watching her videos lets us get a good look at what her personality is like. She seems like a girl that loves to have a good time and be crazy. She wears clothes that everyday people wouldnt wear because they make a very bold statement. She is almost always covered in glitter because she wants to be recognized.

    “I’ve done research on animals because I’m a diver, and I used to wear gold bikinis and had eye piercings and stuff, and then I almost got eaten by a barracuda once, and I was like ‘Why does he keep chasing me? Why does he want to eat me?’ And then I was researching and found out that animals are really attracted to shiny things, especially gold and silver, so I feel like if I cover my body and the audience with glitter then they’ll like it,” kesha explained.
